The principal basis for computing our fees will normally be
our standard hourly rate
($200 per hour).
We may also bill at a flat monthly fee for sustained engagements.
Some matters may be billed
at a flat fee when the hours are predictable (i.e., initial preparation of trademark application).
Referrals to attorneys outside Massachusetts may be billed
at the attorney's billable rate.
